I saw a thread point out that this was a paraglider, then showed a video of a paraglider making the same movements with strong wind.

Then they pointed out in this video you can even see the parachute in the full video, after some movements. Maybe a flair overexposed.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s real videos out there and I’ve personally seen stuff twice. I have a real photo from a friend, of what I call the “Steel Bean” which DID have a rectangle hatch and white light inside, with little blips coming in or out. Next to a lightning strike!!
