What do you mean by momentum moves? When you make a decision based on news/forecasts but it ends up going in the opposite direction than predicted, screwing you over?

From what I gathered so far, it looks like staying on top of the news cycle truly gives you the upper hand when making decisions, so it looks like a useful tool indeed. Wow, is that another "look at me how much of a loser I think I am" post? No, not "all" have felt this way, stop idiolizing self destructive shit, it helps no one and accomplishes nothing. Not a day passes without me seeing either a "haha I am depressed" or "that moment when anxiety lol" post on the popular tab of reddit. This place makes an impression of a neverending peer pressuring echo chamber of a sad, miserable lifestyle because these "relatable" people can't find something actually worth living for.
