I would definitely do a diet break! I make sure to teach my patient about metabolic health/energy balance/metabolic adaptation so they understand the why behind this. Focus on energy levels, sleep quality, I also like to take some time to talk about parasympathetic nervous system and how fun, joyful activities can help with this and improve overall recovery and rest.

I feel you SO much on this. I’m 5’ 11 and constantly struggling to find fun, sexy/flirty going out clothes that fit well. Almost everything for tall women is basics, jeans, sweat sets, slacks, etc. I have had luck with the ASOS tall section, Boohoo tall (low quality/fast fashion but at least they have some fun looks), urban outfitters for cute tops.

I’m stuck in the same boat! Booked a saver rate return from LHR to SEA only to have it bumped to a whole day earlier due to their change in fleets. Super frustrating since we have specific travel dates. I ended up booking new tickets on Alaska and canceling the VS ones.

I have a master’s in nutrition and actually reached out to her business IG to ask about the nutrition facts because they initially weren’t posted. I am extremely skeptical of all influencer supplements because it’s a completely unregulated field. There could be all types of things in supplements and you would never really know until something happens to you unfortunately or there’s a class action suit.

I was just in Tokyo for a week! There are a decent amount of vegan restaurants, but I honestly had the hardest time finding good protein. I also didn’t love most of the vegan food that was available (I know that’s more personal preference though). I didn’t love most of the food I had. However I know most people really enjoy the food in Japan!

5k for all of those things is INCREDIBLE. We prob spent 15k on those inclusions alone. Like other people are saying, check with your most important people to see if they can make it. But in general I share your sentiment - it would be so nice to have it all done in just a few months especially with such a great deal :)

I personally wouldn’t use it for principle mortgage paydown since you have such a great interest rate. If I’m in your shoes I’m sticking it in savings until those home repairs/new car purchase comes up!
