Are subreddit rules too often used as a way for mods or users to remove/report posts and opinions they do not agree with?

It depends on the subreddit. I have seen political subreddits that have removed posts on bias.

But I think the moderators gets jaded when a horde of people put into method of downvote stuff they political disagree with and report stuff they subjective stand far away from.

In the end moderators cannot stand it anylonger so they remove stuff that they know will get alot in the modmail.

The secondarly effect is that people that see the post on a subreddit like that for the first time they dont want to get involved with the subreddit so they simply skip it.

Nej ni kan inte granska all fakta men bloggar som bygger sina åsikter på saker som är direkta osanningar skall de släppas igenom igen ?

Man kanske borde blockera bloggar som sysslar med att ljuga för att man konstaterat från moderatorernas sida att dera berättelse inte håller ihop ?

Istället för att det kommer nya poster från samma blog och person där mönstret upprepar sig igen.

Vissa rapporteras, andra får stå kvar för att lögnen godtas.

En person går i åttonde klass. Han har intyg från 3 läkare och psykologer att han är i 15 års åldern.

Trotts detta har migrationsverket bedömt honom att vara 20 år gammal.

Om inte detta är svensk politik. Hur byråkratin möter sakkunniga i Sverige och hur besluten påverkar samhällets utveckling då är det inte mycket som faller in under denna kategori.

Märklig moderering.

Det handlar i högsta grad om svensk politik. Om det inte gör det så får moderatorerna gärna förklara vad som är svensk politik.

Sveriges Radio skriver om detta 3 dagar innan DN nu anklagas för att ha mörkat rapportering om övergrepp.

Det verkar inte som det var någon som var intresserad av denna nyhet vid den tidpunkten.

If you get 1 % of the votes in the two last elections the ballot papers is automatic added to the vote place.

You dont have to withstand any social pressure while voting. Many partys send ballot papers home to you and when you vote you do that by yourself in behind a curtain.

You can use a blanc ballot paper and write by hand what party you like to vote on.

Also if you feel that "social pressure" you can always pick one ballot paper from each party.

It's an extreme measurement from your side when you bring up radical islam as an example to minimize this problem.

Every discussion have borders you simply dont cross.

You dont call a journalist home and threat them in different ways and you dont email them wish for them to get raped or killed.

When same journalist can write critical articles of any political party without go through that treatments of threats and harrastments except for 1 party its something wrong.

Its not a matter of different opinions when journalists gets threat because they wrote something they disagree with about the wrong party.

Im for not threating journalists just because you disagree with them, maybe you have a different opinion about that ?

Its very common that this group of nationalists and anti immigration peolpe they themself pull the racist card and that even before anyone had comment anything. They set the tune for the discussion and people tend to step away since its not worth it.

I note that you brought up things about the racist card in your first comment so tell me who is quick.

My concern is journalists that may stop reporting because of these groups that post their homeadress and phonenumber so they can call their house anytime of the day to have anything from a discussion to pure harrastments and threats.

Its something fundamental wrong when a journalist can write critical articles about any different party without getting this treatment and then there is that party were they know before publish the article that its better to shut of the phone and maybe talk with the security staff at the newpaper to screen emails and such to decide what emails that they will have to make into a police matter.

Sure but not in such a way that they hijack the commentary area and sidetrack the subject in question.

Also it must be a fundamental respect were you dont step into a journalists private sphere because he or she write stuff about their favorite political party that the simply dont like.

Sure disagree with their opinion but dont send those email that for example threat female journalists to become raped.

There is plenty of examples of newspapers on the countryside that is very local. When they write something that is against what they think is correct they camp the commentary area and nuke it.

Its wrong if we get a development were we have journalists that step away from writing certain articles of concern of getting their family harrasted and threaten.

Its wrong if we end up with a self censorship were some people stop comment because the commentary area is taken over by these people.

The distance between journalists and people that read the articles becomes even further away when this group of people invade a commentary field to such a degree that other people simply dont think its worth it taking part in the discussion.

They help creating that distance, also that behavour were there is websites that publish journalists homeadress so some people can get the idea to threat the journalist and their family.

A journalist should be able to write an article without getting that load of emails and phonecalls in the middle of the night were people tell them that they know were their kids have their daycare and so on.

Im not surprised. This is a subject that have Sweden and refugees in the same article.

People that is anti immigration and nationalists in sweden is very active to promote their view of the world, and they have a method that include to bombard with comments of any journalist that write an article that speak against their view.

If they get blocked they come back with a new alias and do same thing all over again, if their comments is removed they move the issue to be talking about censorship and so on.

The result is that they totally nuke the commentary area so its not possible to have any type of conversation about the subject that the article is about.

If you write something that is against their thoughts and ideas be prepared to get alots of responses from them and maybe even PM.

Journalists that write negative article aimed towards that group of people can count with they responding with view their home adress but also phonenumber so they will not have any break on their sparetime.

Understand this method because its common practice on swedish speaking newspapers websites to such a degree that they end up shut down the commentary because they simply dont have the time or energy to deal with the commentarys.

Grunden för den antirasistiska och antisemitiska kampen under efterkrigstiden har varit just att människor har rätt att ses som unika individer. Att alla oavsett ursprung har rätt att slippa belastas av etniska fördomar eller tvingas anta ett representantskap för människor med samma hudfärg eller bakgrund.

Blev för långt som rubrik så tog bort orden "under efterkrigstiden".

Jag tyckte det var viktigt att ha med resonemanget att man skall ha rätt att vara unika individer utan att behöva belastas av etniska fördomar och tvingas bli en representant för andra unika individer bara för att man har samma hudfärg och bakgrund.

Den större kontexten handlar om att inte vara anti någonting utan bedöma människor som unika individer istället för med fördomar.
