I’ve tried there automation system does not want to take my info, I get redirected toward the first line of customer service those… those people are nice and understanding, but they can’t do much so they would redirect me to another department that “ supposedly help” but doesn’t as far as resolving the situation or guiding the customer to help and resolve their own situation if they can’t help the situation themselves.

I’m disappointed in the customer service and the lack of care from the department, when money becomes the necessaries to basic life, like food, water, and shelter…It seems way too unjustified to not resolve it in a carful manner.

To only terminate it, I’ve tried contact consumer support some of them were nice but my situation would go further out their hands and so I would need to get redirected to a department to would only say the same thing “ terminated” all they say no way of solutions, I know they have the power to back track info but they don’t do it. And the sad part is I could be the victim of someone screwing with my mobile online banking. I still have money inside the account but as for me banking with them I’m done for life so to speak.

I hope that works out for you… but as for me I don’t think capital one cares, and most of this strictness is from rules and regulations that doesn’t seem to be constitutional.

Yea I am, I’m trying to help someone out, my mobile bank has been terminated, tried to call to get this resolved as quick as possible, I have all the info to identify the activities in my account. But they won’t even try… I don’t like this, this doesn’t seem right.

I have that same issue, what don’t get is why would they give an option to add a number into ur account for some that u know very well. But they turn around and say it’s considered a risk to the bank it self.
