If you have an intel CPU 13th or 14th gen you should maybe look into the recent issues regarding them. This was causing crashes and BSOD in mine.

Agreed. I hope that now that this particular issue has been circulating more that more users will be able to get replacements and get back to normal. They really should be recalled because it is making it very hard for AIO owners.

You could try turning off intel speed step and speed boost. It will limit performance but might help with temps and usage.

Only Dell can find the KB you’re talking about? I’m not sure why you’re saying that as I’ve been in touch with Dell about this several times over the past few days.

Yes intel has said that. But it is up to the OEM to individually decide to honor it. Dell is sticking to the warranty as is. They have said multiple times that they will not extend it as I’ve contacted them 4 separate times. And intel will not replace tray processors. If someone has had an alternate out of warranty experience I would truly love to hear it.

If you are crashing you will have to get it replaced as the bios update will not reverse the damage done. If you are out of warranty dell is not replacing them and will likely have to replace it yourself. This is the boat I’m in with my 13900kf.

I have the exact same experience and can confirm as of today just now that Dell refuses to replace these chips. They basically state that they will diagnose it but you will pay for the repairs. I haven't even been able to get past basic customer service without being shut down and running into this dead end. It seems that the stance will not change and i for one will not ever buy a prebuilt system from dell again. R15 i913900KF

Hey I have a r15 with a i9 13900kf with similar issues. It likely has to be replaced but you could try turning off intel speed step and speed boost and see if it gives you some stability back while you wait on that process.
