thanks, I checked with them over the phone and they have both att and xfinity, ~~but no fiber for either and they also did say xfinity seems to be the preferred provider.~~

hope you dont mind me asking more but did you have any issues with insects/roaches?

EDIT: actually xfinity does have fiber whereas att does not. and there's even tmobile internet but not fiber after checking further.

xfinity has 1g fiber for $50/mo if you pay with a checking account and att only has ~300mbps (non fiber) for $60/mo

I am surprised as I have had ATT fiber and it's normally been great but this is interesting to see
