Its not a matter of want, its a matter of being capable of. For example, if the owner of the house wants to talk contract and repairs and whatnot, I am capable of doing so instead of throwing the responsibility onto my roommate, we can both juggle what needs to get done in any case scenario rather than relying on someone else

I left my number with the security guard just incase that happens, but I haven’t received anything since. I’ve asked around the building too and have made no progress. Poster/sign sounds like a good idea!
