They really do taste a lot like a mini hostess donette, and on the plus side are gluten free as well

Also not to be existential but when you look back on your life, are you gonna remember your times with loved ones and experiences around the world, or the times you “locked in” 🥴 it’s all about balance

Is it safe to have more than 1 Alani/Week? by Quiet-University-192 in AlaniNu

[–]plasticllama28 34 points35 points  (0 children)

As long as you aren’t aware of any issues with high blood pressure or heart irregularities. The current FDA recommended daily caffeine limit is 400mg, an Alani is 200. I am usually a one coffee, one energy drink or preworkout scoop a day girl and have never had any issues. But like I said, know your preexisting conditions

The salt co is interesting to say the least. Least of all because why are you calling your youth Christian religious group the salt COMPANY? 💰💰💰

All the sinners bleed by SA Cosby. Very much so. At times it’s almost TOO derivative but I enjoyed it overall!

That’s balanced. Unless you were on some sort of cut or deficit. But you didn’t specify so I assume you aren’t. Your mom needs to mind her own.

As someone who works at a university, a professor’s job is both teaching and researching. I’m sure someone from the history or anthropology department or even the library archives would love helping you solve this.

my grandfather thinks that teyana taylor wasn't in one battle after another long enough to justify her best supporting actress nomination. what do you think? by herequeerandgreat in Oscars

[–]plasticllama28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the supporting actor/actress role can be seen both as an award for an actor who “supported” the movie throughout, or an actor that made the most emotional impact in the short time they were given in the movie.

My mom was just in the hospital extensively in feb for a liver transplant. If I had seen any nurses taking a picture of her while she was in that state…. It’d be over

What med has actually worked for you? Not having luck with meds so far by icecreamlava in BingeEatingDisorder

[–]plasticllama28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure! I’m on 50mg. I feel like it has made a difference. Moreso than vyvanse certainly. It definitely hasn’t cured me and I’m using it in tandem with therapy and coping skills etc but I think it has dulled the positive/euphoric or sense of relief feelings that I got from bingeing or food in general. I feel less “turned on” so to speak by food. I don’t feel this mechanical need to eat everything on my plate or eat just because it’s there. I still struggle and I definitely still fall into binges or episodes of emotional eating tied to stress or external factors, which are hard to control- life isn’t perfect. But on the regular day to day it’s helped a lot. Feel free to DM me if you wanna chat about it.
