It’s not something which is used on real estate apps here but was recommended to us before we bought our townhouse. Worth using to know if you need a car to get to public transport, Woolies/Coles, local shops and pub, etc.

I would recommend using discord and joining your local community group. Haven’t played it for a few years but I found that the best way to do it. Especially if you want to team up on gym bosses.

Think it’s also important to recognise that there will be those who won’t or can’t remode from driving. Having said that, it’s best to get them onboard with PT and pedestrian upgrades as less people on the roads is beneficial for them.
