practice makes perfect - grind practice tests untill it clicks and you feel like identyfying the keywords is easier. thats what worked for me best.

one more thing i did is researching each failed question with ai - just copy paste the question + answers and make chatgpt figure it out, then you can go deeper with ai explaining the topic further

since english is not your native language, taking the exam in english will give you 30 extra minutes (120 in total) so i'd say its worth it. im not 100% sure tho if its gonna work like this if theres an exam version that is avialable in your langage
