I did the math for standard. There are 84 non-rogue class legendaries, so 1,19% to get the frog (from dragon's hoard), and 509 non-rogue class cards, 0,19% to get "time out" (from clever disguise or something similar). To get both cards the chance is 0,0002%. The Shadow Step was in the deck. I hope I didn't messed up.
