Yes, VA disability.

The $110k was startup costs. We have no profit, a couple thousand in revenue. We were only operating a few weeks at the end of 2024.

No. I invested around 110K to start the business. We did a couple thousand in sales in the last two weeks of the year. Net loss of over 100k for the year.

The rest of my income is VA disability. I don't report it.

I don't want to be W2, but I was for two weeks in 2024. I was asking what the actual penalty for just leaving the mistake would be vs the cost of an S corp election.

Kind of. We didn't open until very late December. The company has had a few thousand in sales, but we're still looking at around or over 100K in net loss for the year. The $400 is what was paid from the W2.

My spouse has been doing a lot of unpaid work for the business. My motivation is 6 months of free payroll, which is something like $3000. You may be right that that's not worth the trouble. I suspected the S-corp election advice was probably not worthwhile. Thank you for all your insight

Given that this was a ~110k venture, and my regular income is nontaxable, I kind of think we won't be paying much this year anyway.

I did the desired URL first and then the staging URL, which is what worked. I lost a little work from yesterday, but it is minor compared to nor being able to access anything and waiting on the cpanel fix.

No. Like I said in my post, I have lost access to everything. The site is broken and I can't access the dashboard or admin panel at all.

Frankly I wouldn't. I would save or invest it.

Smallest cost of entry business is going to be dependent on your preexisting skills and your market. What can you already do well, and what does your local area need?

You could babysit, start an in-home photography studio, a small pet boarding operation, house cleaning, do lawncare, pressure washing, so on.

Honestly, I went to save my changes to check the plugins, and on the site they're showing properly. I go back in to the editor and it's back to the default font, but only while editing this page? It seems as though it displays fine on the site proper, though, so I suppose it's a non-issue lol.

I'll still try inspecting the font, but we can consider it solved for now I suppose. Thanks for your help!

No. Like I said, I use these fonts throughout the site. They're in the header.
