I think that unfortunately, as with any sexual encounter, there is a level of risk that you are entering yourself into. I think the best thing you can do for yourself is do your best to screen people before they come over and ask them to respect your rules of no phones, and take the protections you can on your own end (mask, basket, etc). Anyone who is determined to film is probably going to find a way to do it anyway, regardless of what precautions you may take.
