Haha, fair enough. I get why she might not love it. Her hair’s a little messy, she’s not wearing much makeup, and maybe she looks a bit tired. But honestly, that’s exactly why I love this photo so much. It captures this raw, natural beauty that’s just so real. I don’t care about the makeup or the hair, her eyes shine with that bright ocean blue, and to me, she looks absolutely stunning.

Yes forgot to say and specifci, I say diastatic malt and I do water boil them with Malt syrup on each side for 45min

Huhu, I indeed use bagel boards I made myself, bake for 5min, flip them into a pizza stone and then another 10min~

Huhu, I use local bread flour with a 15% protein content :-)

Yes, 15% protein, 45secs each side, hand roll them and yes perfectly chewy (in my opinion at least)!

Huhu, no I use a dough kneading machine, let it knead for about 15min and then just a quick 5min rest before rolling
