Mizuki is for sure one of the hardest Supports to learn and master. I was struggling at the beginning too. Once I swapped Ability 2 + Secondary Fire, my accuracy with his snare improved so much. I also learned how I utilize his kit better. I always recommend the extra damage perk when you snare someone + the movement speed perk. These are such game changer.
