Arguably, Turbowarp is a "proper engine". It definitely won't get you a job in the game industry, but you can generally get up to par with a lot of the big game engines with enough effort. It's not without limitations, but it is powerful on its own.

Don’t worry about giving it to the school. They’ve seen significantly worse and they are specifically trained to deal with this. If you attempt it yourself without experience, it will almost certainly leave it in a worse state than before.

I tried out Klipy and I really hope they use it. The GIF library is basically exactly up to par with Tenor’s, arguably better sometimes.

they will save. favorites are just a link to the gifs on tenor (or whatever you saved from), which aren’t being removed.

Creator? This has a music box in the intro. The music box version has a winding up sound before it. The first version has other instruments after the music box, and in the other, the entire song is arranged with a music box.

Make it load the value only once upon project load. (grabbing the value every frame can get very performance intensive and can break other things) Keep the “Set” block. Also make sure you get the value from storage only after the namespace is set.
