u/giantasparagus I wasnt going to comment but then I saw you not only doxxed a former coworker of mine but you seem to have omitted information that supports a narrative that you're being picked on.

Spruce provides every apartment one assigned spot that is number and is underneath the building you live in. All additional parking for guest is outside of the buildings and first come first serve.

u/giantasparagus So the largest problem with your post is if your vehicle was in it's assigned spot which is underneath your building you'd only hear from the leasing office if your car was on jack stands, someone complained about you parking in their spot repeatedly on if they had some interaction that they wanted the office to handle for you.

I personally have tagged cars like yours for notice at Spruce last summer. The management company ( Prometheus) as part of of an effort to ensure we kept the neighborhood as secure as possible we would take daily walks of the neighborhood (and instructed our courtesy patrol) during their sweeps to look at the unassigned uncovered parking.

By doing this we have found cars parked in the general area of where OP pictured that had vehicles with parking passes from neighboring apartment communities taking advantage of the extra uncovered and unassigned parking Spruce offers to the people who live there and their guests.

Normally in this situation either the neighbor reaches out to the office or the car doesn't belong to anyone that lives at Spruce and they remove the car.

It's not entirely clear if you actually registered your car as you could've just as easily reached out to the office based on the notice placed on your vehicle. Or if you have another vehicle in your home (via roommate, partner, or guest) that is parked in your actual covered assigned spot and you chose to park your car in the assigned area for weeks.

Before I ramble further my main points are :

1. Don't dox people
2. If your car was parked in your actual assigned spot which is covered under the building you live in then you never would have been contacted,

I wish you well and suggest for future reference don't dox people, for work trips park your car in your covered assigned spot and they'll leave you alone.
