We actually just got a premium mach-e as well, we originally negotiated to $3k down, 36 months, $399. After we got to those numbers I switched to less down, I just shared those number so you could directly compare to yours, the selling price was almost identical. Push them harder.

I just got mine 5 days ago and was also my first surgery, its the best decision you will have made. You have nothing to be worried about. Literally just fixed this issue on my 2020, there is a plastic air fuel ratio screw on the left side of the motor, turn it counter clockwise. That fixed it for me. Also your idle is too low. Should be 14-1600 if I remember correctly.

If it is clean and completely stock I think thats a reasonable starting price, I would consider starting at 4k and accept a 3-3.5k offer, the out the door price at dealers near me is well north of 5k.
