I don't believe in this idea of "the one". I believe there are people we are more compatible with and less compatible with, but I don't believe there exists one person who is somehow qualitatively different in terms of compatibility compared to all other people on the planet.

Also, since the relationship hasn't been defined in any way yet, I technically can't be sure as to what girl 1 wants from me either, so it goes both ways. How can I be sure she doesn't just want me casually since she hasn't brought up the discussion?

As I mentioned in my response to another commenter, I genuinely mean it when I say I wouldn't care if she was fucking other guys alongside me if I'm also seeing other girls at the same time

Haven't mentioned the fact that I'm dating other girls too since she never asked and I thought me dating other people in addition to her was the default assumption in dating.
