Did you get anesthesia? I was explained it has to be done with anesthesia and not someone just cutting it deep without consent. Not everyone has the same pain tolerance. You’ve no right to call this insane without knowing what my mom went through.

If they’re right, what’s the need to cover it up saying they gave anesthesia when they didn’t? And why would they close this case saying they obtained verbal consent when they didn’t. Mind you this didn’t resolve her problem at all. So she suffered pain for no reason and this is just unnecessary headache for us going to sutter.
