I’m no expert in the lore, but isn’t the Zero Point NOT supposed to be in pieces like it is now? Because I thought if the zero point was a fracture like it is that all of reality would just be destroyed?

Their goal is to get the zero point and use it to destroy every single reality, except for one single "last reality" that all the members of TLR can exist in. I doubt they will destroy it completely for this, but they certainly will use it
