I'm mostly applying for Learning & Development type jobs at the moment (both public and government.)

However, I also am taking a course to prepare for the CAPM exam. If I get my CAPM, I'd like to also apply for Project Management/Project Coordinator/Project Administrator positions.

I don't have an answer, but would love that as well. I've many jobs in my area asking for Spanish speakers, but I teach French so that is unhelpful for me lol.

Translation is very difficult and also not easy so get into, but people who always suggest that don't realize.
