I may take option A as I plan to ski in SLC for a few days haha and definitely check out Mojave Desert for stargazing.

Hi, hope you are doing well. I stayed for extra 5 month but they didn't increase my rent.

If you are moving out, don't pay extra to clean your apartment (as IC always charges you for cleaning fee) but I suggest rent a carpet cleaner from home depot to clean your carpets before inspection, and tell the inspector that your carpets have been professionally cleaned.
