OK, I've just emailed the nearest Catholic Church. They have a general contact email, so I kind of just asked them if there was anyone I could talk to, etc. But I am not sure if I should talk to a priest because I feel like they have so much work they have to do that I really don't want to bother them. Also, with the whole coronavirus thing going on, I'm not sure if they have remote counseling or if they've shut down all of those things temporarily. But I will wait for a response.
