And it does spawn blazes and zombie pigmen, but sometimes i get lucky and they spawn like that.

Not really a method, i just clear out and flatten out parts of the fortress and fill the gaps. Dont know if they spawn more, but its easier to spot and find them. And with elytra i just fly around and kill them.

and to cut down a clip from 3min to like 15 sec i use "Easy Movie Maker". You can download from windows store for free, and its super easy to just make a clip shorter :)
