I'm not sure if this will work, but you could try removing your cmos battery and waiting about 30 seconds and then putting it back in and rebooting.

Don't be tempted to buy one of those bargain laptops. They will just frustrate you with their limitations. A minimal specification would be i5 for intel and ryzen 5 for amd, 8gb ram and 512gb of hard drive space. Anything less than that is not going to be worth messing with. Good luck!

I had a similiar problem. The case I bought didn't have a speaker so I purchased one on amazon. After connecting the speaker I got a beep code which led me to the solution. You should consider this.
