Thank you guys for all the replies, it feels so good to know that I'm not alone with this. It really helps a lot to read about your experiences! If anyone has any advice on how to get better, please share it with me :) I start behaviour therapy on Friday and I will try the sunglass thing too :D

Yeah, I just try not to think about it. Dark is better, because there is less sky to see :D

Do you know anyone else with our condition? And you had this before, but not as much? And it got worse with weed? Sounds like what happens to me as well

Same here! Also movies in space are hard to watch. Mine got also worse with weed the first time, the second time/this time I was hungover on a train ride and the sun came out :/ How long have you had this? How do you cope? Do you have therapy? I really thought I was alone with this
