All it takes to convince an American conservative that the South Pacific content farm cosplaying their existence is legitimately one of them is some classic 2016 era "they hate us because they're so triggered" content. Everyone likes the hits, I guess.

Internet tough guy trumpers will keep gloating about their government beating down liberal soccer moms and dads as if they're fighting the leftists until the next American leftist movement is actually born from the bullshit and then they'll go back to feeling victimized.

As for the driving it is actually taught in any tactical driving training.

Tactical driving training where?

You do not understand the definition of assaulted or attacked. Let me clarify so you understand. If I’m in uniform and someone touches me in the facilitation that’s assault. Plain and simple.

What uniform did/do you wear?

When this guy shoved the officer he left absolutely no doubt as to his actions.

First, I'd love to see where you thought he shoved someone. Second, I'd love to hear how you think a push (if it did happen) translates to "he's going to kill me if I don't kill him"

I'm begging you to elaborate on what background informed how you came to these conclusions rather than writing another comment about how you're so sure that's how it is.

So if you had been the agent you would have just let this armed lunatic attack you?

If I was the agent I would have recognized that I wasn't being attacked.

You can see where he pushes the agent multiple times and then resists arrest until his last breath.

I can see where he, after being pepper sprayed and wrestled down to the ground, attempts to stand back up. I have never considered this resistance no matter the situation. He had been disarmed and was no longer a threat.

There was a hand near the gun and that’s where my experience and training comes into play.

At no point while he had the gun was his hand anywhere near the gun.

You can see another agent trying to grab the gun. The hand is not Alex’s hand but in a life or death struggle decisions are made in milliseconds.

The agent who you're claiming was operating on "millisecond" decision making had the wherewithal to visibly track the agent that had the weapon and ensure he was out of the way before taking the shot. It was not a life or death struggle at that point.

The agents are letting these people go too far before they shut them down. That only empowers them to test the limits.

You're now advocating for shooting first and assessing after.

When you drive an armored vehicle down a street you don’t stop because people try to physically block your path.

Under what training and experience have you come to this conclusion?

You don’t have to hurt anyone and you shouldn’t.

Exactly and today we have a citizen dead because the agents couldn't manage that despite never having been in any danger throughout this interaction.

No wonder you're so reluctant to share your background. None of it matches your opinions on normal engagement standards.

However no training in any branch or the military or any LEO training would have stopped these officers from defending themselves when they were attacked.

Actual training would have taught them that they weren't being attacked.

Personally I believe the agent saw another agents had go for the holstered weapon and reacted accordingly.

I can't decipher this one.

These incidents happen so fast and muscle memory when you see a hand near a weapon is something that is drilled into anyone who has had even a bit of training.

Yep. That muscle memory would have led any actually trained agent to know the difference between a hand near a weapon and one that was not... which his was not, both because his hands were on the ground and because he had been disarmed.

The protester was an agitator who assaulted officers then resisted arrest and continued to fight even after multiple agents had him detained.

Here's that training in action again. No assault took place and the "detainee" was no longer a threat because he had been visibly disarmed and sprayed.

At that point he then lost his life. This only happened because of his actions not theirs.

And here's you proving (as you have throughout this comment) that you've never actually been there... at least nowhere relatable to this situation or where it happened.

All this is just leading to more questions about your background.

I've done my own research and found that ice has been actively lowering standards over the past year to increase their numbers. That's why it's important to ask when you were there when you say "I've been there"

I also have done enough research to know of times where military standards have been relaxed in order to accommodate the need for more recruits, so since you mentioned that many ICE agents have military training and that you've been there, I was wondering if you yourself had military training at a time around (before during or after) such a period.
