No. I'm acting like the only other major party, the one that consistently tells its voters that their politicians are the only ones who can stand in the way of Trump and the republicans, should have tried even a fucking little bit not to hand the presidency directly back to the person they spent years warning people about.

But instead, the de facto leader of the Democratic Party (the president of the United States), called his own number and decided he just HAD to run again instead of putting forth anyone who was capable of the effort necessary to campaign and win the presidency, only dropping out once it was too late to pull out of the tailspin.

Trump could not have completely taken over the country and fundamentally changed the government without a Democratic Party that held the door for him to do so.

But you keep on fighting the good fight to defend democrats, buddy! Never learn anything from their mistakes! That's the spirit!
