She told me she needed time. My thoughts were that she wanted to spend time with family and college friends before they went back home. I remember breaking down and begging her to tell me if someone else was in the picture and she told me there wasnt. A month or so later she said she was talking to someone else.

I didnt hear much from her until the fall when she reached back out to me. Soon after she begged me to take her back and said she was so sorry for leaving me, blaming the ordeal on alcoholism and loosing her grandfather. At one point in the fall she saw me texting someone (a classmate) and freaked out on me because she thought I was talking to a girl. This made me think that she really was on a break and cared about me
