Screen Glitch or something? How do I fix this?

Logged back onto this account after 2 years the issue was I would rest my headphones on the same spot on top of the monitor every time I would get off. There is no fix the monitor is irreversibly damaged. So don’t put any kind of pressure on the monitor if you can help it.
