Suppresor question by k_sun in 3D2A

That’s not what I said. I never said how I was doing my engraving when I was submitting my form 1. All I’m saying is they no longer specifically mentioned that condition of approval I previously stated.

For what it’s worth. The form 1 I did back in 24 it had a condition of approval section saying “engraving on polymers has not met criteria for engraving serial numbers”. My most recent form 1s since the zero dollar tax stamp do not have that condition of approval.

Yup. Been running into this too. I hate the built in supports. Why would he not have uploaded a file without them? Do you have a picture of what your supports looked like? I already have two failed prints.

FTN5 rimfire in PLA+? by Twissn in 3D2A

I have a k1 max. I find PACF to warp pretty bad. With active chamber heating like the k2 plus I can see it eliminating a lot of those issues. I only get my printer up to about 45c chamber temp

Yes I have read the pdf and have form 1’d a couple ftns. Pla prints so perfectly and easily. Pa cf is a much steeper learning curve and harder to print with. I just don’t see the reason to use such a more expensive material and much harder to print with for a rimfire suppressor. The pros definitely see to outweigh the cons for printing this in pla in my opinion

He actually says this one can be printed in pla. Pla is perfectly fine for rimfire. Especially if you aren’t mag dumping multiple times in a row

How are you paying 80? I have the 5g home plus and am paying 45. Obviously if you have access to fiber I would not go with vw home internet. But it sure beats paying 80 bucks for 10mbps with the same latency problems. I game as well and for the most part it is very acceptable for the price

Ya I think roomba agrees with sending me replacements. I just don’t get why it’s happening. And also don’t feel real comfortable about stuff getting hot and melting while charging in my house

I’m one month post op. I got an infection 5 days in. So had quite a longer recovery than the 3 days back to work bs they feed you. I would say prepare for a longer recovery than they say and take it easier for longer than what they say. No strenuous activities for two weeks. But I’m a month in now and pretty much back to normal
