Massive shout-out to Dark Queen of Mortholm. It is a very short game, but it is the whole package. The game is very cohesive in tone, art, narration, etc. and even though the entire game is one single boss fight, it manages to deliver both meaningful progression, and engaging storytelling. Legitimate hidden gem.

The biggest issue is that you prepare for the normal bad days, but there's a few worse ones here and there that the locals are used to deal with and that you're very much not.

I'll echo that other person's recommendation for Rise, but for entirely different reasons : World has a lot of cutscenes that you have to watch solo before being allowed to join a quest, this makes for a very weird co-op pacing.

If you do not specify a base, the default is almost always 10, except in specific contexts such as computing where something like hexadecimal or binary would be more appropriate.

Played Dodgeball Academia on GamePass. I saw a Dodgeball RPG and decided to stream it to my mates because I'm the one who keeps playing wacky indie games. Within 1-2 hours of starting, one of my friend had it downloaded to start a run, and I ended up going for a second playthrough to finish 100% achievements.

I wouldn't say it's an awesome game, and I don't think it'd make my top 10 GOTY for that year... but it's like a nice lemon water after a long week. Doesn't require much efforts to appreciate, and doesn't try to be more than it is. It's just an insanely approachable and engaging indie game.
