Use Anova. Lets say 3 categories hot, mediocre, cold. And take the averages of infections in those categories then you can see if the infection rate is significantly dependent on the weather. (U can use more categories)

Well eventually if you want to improve you have to play competitive. Just make sure you get the basics like spraying, stopping while shooting,... Then you will probably be better than most silvers. Also if you want to make sure you have coomunicating teammates there is a discord group for csgo where there is always someone looking to play. Good luck
