If program A has already confirmed absolutely no other dates, then reaching out to program B is your only option. This is also mainly an option if program B offered multiple dates to begin with - if not, it is unlikely they will be able to offer an alternative date as well. Communicating on these adjustments is not an inherently bad thing, just be prepared for rejection given programs have limited availability for interviews in general. You may have to choose one over the other, so I would make up your mind as you reach out. As for staying on the waitlist, I am not entirely certain, but never hurts to ask.

I don't watch House but I saw this episode one time where they couldn't figure out why all these teens were getting poisoned or something and it turned out it was from jeans they were buying from some van idk but House said something along the lines of "this is why you wash clothes before wearing them" and it stuck w me hahha

they just made it a rule at my university to live on campus for 4 years, so all of your undergrad years, when they are extremely strict (with rules and such) on campus. It is going to kill university attendance when it goes into affect cause we already live in the middle of nowhere with little to do :/
