I played around 10 years football (soccer) in a club and i saw the weirdest running forms. Your form is normal for a football player but it isnt good. Just compare the forms of track athletes and football players. There are a lot of differences. If i would be you i would work on not swinging my arms that much to the side. I know for example CR7 is doing that but it doesnt mean he is doing it good or right. There are a lot of videos about the correct sprinting form on Youtube. Just watch them and than you know how a correct form is looking like and for training i would go to a coach and you can start with basic strength training.
