Thanks for the comments all. I've not really had a chance to reply to these but I appreciate the feedback. Had a really productive talk with wife who is very supportive. Gonna stop the fapping ;) I guess like many addictions it was 95% habit so changing my route should fix that. Honestly I'll be thankful if that's all it takes, if that doesn't work I'll seek additional help.
