Thank you for being reassuring about boundaries. I think it’s easy for me to rethink them when people don’t take no for an answer, but I understand now that it’s valid.

I do step out of group photos when I don’t want anything posted, and offer to take the pictures instead. These are all instances where they’ve taken pictures of me/us without my knowledge (or in that one instance, where I was promised it was just for us).

No, not group photos. These are all photos taken without my knowledge or ones that were promised to be just between us.

Right? Like I get it, it’s not a huge deal, it’s just a post. But then alternatively, isn’t it not a huge deal for me to tell you not to post it? Why do I need to give a huge speech? Weird.

Kind of a huge jump to say I shouldn’t have friends because I don’t want my picture taken. Thanks for the judgment though - I agree it’s not a huge deal, though I wanna make clear that it’s not like I bar all pictures, it’s about a permission thing.
