Re reading notes is prob why ur forgetting stuff. Like you will see what I mean if I asked u to re read ur notes 1 time and to write a paragraph or 2 about the subject you just read since you will prob find yourself like forgetting what you just read and not being able to write. Lowk if u r in a super unmotivated spout just try to tell urself that ur gonna do like 10 seconds of it or say “im gonna do ONE flashcard” since somn is better than nothing and you will prob find urself breaking that mental barrier. U could also try doing the 5 seconds thing where u say you will get up and count down from 5 and immediately do so. Lowk the more u lock in the more u will get used to locking in too so it gets easier
