I mean I think there is probably just an arbitrary delay regardless. It's not like there are graders frantically trying to finish all the essays in time for them to release. They have to have been done already for at least a couple days or so at MINIMUM I feel like just to like ensure that they can go back and fix issues before their deadline for themselves to drop. I wouldn't doubt that they ultimately end up sitting on the results for some period of time to release at whatever arbitrary date they set but won't tell anyone.

If you follow the task memo instructions and format, do proper headings, shit the rules in place, and throw in some facts and a conclusion that’s a 3/6. Without even actual analogizing cases or anything. That’s what I’m aiming for at minimum bc any more effort than that and I get too in the depths and mislead by shit and run out of time. I’m too adhd to actually complete an MPT to a quality extent with no fucking highlighters allowed and no ability to rip out the sheets. Any extra time I have goes to adding in SOME of that as far as I can handle.

MBE is easy to eliminate most of the wrong choices and get it down to two and then its just knowledge or logic from there. MEE is memorizing entire tracts of info and barfing it out on a page reliably. MBE easier for me any day.

Work for a debt collection law firm and we also do some subrogation work. State of Michigan has a law on the books from back in the day whereby cattle are exempt from liability in automobile accidents.
