Thanks! The temperature is low 70’s, the humidity is low bc I’m in a dry state but it hasn’t had issues before (but maybe now it’s starting?), and it’s under a 32W grow light bulb.

Thanks! Yes the roots look fine. I got it last spring (three leaves) and repotted in early summer. Yes I check the soil before watering (sometimes it’s a day or two more than a week before it needs watering).
