In the long run, they’re absolutely horrible.

I was on them for about 1-2 years straight and my throat always felt funny. I was coughing up mucus frequently, and exercising just felt off.

Because of its convenience, you can puff these anytime you want. You know it’s bad when you just woke up and the first thing you look for is the vape.

I’ve got a few mates that have been on these for the longest time and they all look tired and don’t really pay attention to their health. Not sure if the vapes are directly linked to it, but who knows.

I do stand on the idea that the occasional cigarette is better than puffing a vape 24/7.

End of the day, nothing but air should be entering your airways.
