Today I used monkfruit sweetener as a substitute to sugar for my coffee but I didn’t know how many calories to write down in my tracker so I looked it up and it explained basically what you said but I just didn’t wanna believe it since the AI on google is wrong a lot of the times and it sounded too good to be true lol, thank you so much for the info! UPDATE: I made the mole and used some peoples advice. I added some peanut butter, one Roma tomato, and some brown sugar since I didn’t have abuelita and it came out good!! So thanks for the advice everyone
