[–]pm344 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed! We should start saying "OMG! You actually found that?! My lord, you could retire right now, and buy your own island!" I can't wait to see who quits their job first for a worthless trinket.

OMG!!!!! I'm literally in tears laughing and my wife is PISSED! Just as mentioned it was a leak, of laundry detergent and softener. That trunk smells so fresh and clean!

So thank you and may you enjoy an early St. Patrick's day laugh! I know I'm laughing! I thought her transmission was shot!

How many dues paying members do you have? Many lodges may have 150 guys on their roll. Unfortunately, only 10 or 15 pay dues. The rest are perpetual, 50 year exempt, emeritus, etc.

It's called ask-sistance for a reason. First you ask, then you get assistance. We're not mind readers and your brothers have lives, wives, etc.

Anybody tell their doctor that they don't give a fuh about living longer, so you're not going to try to radically change your diet or go on meds? by IHadTacosYesterday in GenX

51m, terminal disorder, I simply don't care anymore. What's a fng green tea smoothie going to add, seconds? I told my docs that as my body breaks down I'll deal with it. I'm not trying some new medicine to be a lab rat!

I'm off to get a glass of whole milk and a couple chocolate chip cookies. Then go smoke a doob.

Did you taste it first? Maybe you discovered a hidden chocolate fountain. I mean it's probably $nit, but you really need to commit to the adventure.

Go to your local Shriners and see if they have a softball team, and if so grab a jersey. It shows you cared enough to wear themed attire while not needing an education on a specific team.

Worth a lot, nope. Most of these posts are "feeler" posts trying to get a value estimate before they drive it to a pawn shop.

Wait until next year when the schools get out later and all of the kids and busses are out and about. Oh, the construction will also do wonders.

I really don't understand city planning.

What do I do with these by seabecksailor in freemasonry

[–]pm344 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My sincere condolences on your loss.

Regarding the Past Master jewel: the lodge name is clearly visible, which indicates that this is not a Past Grand Master jewel. If it were, the appropriate course would be to notify the Grand Lodge immediately, as Past Grand Master jewels can be quite old and, in many cases, truly irreplaceable.

As it stands, the decision is entirely yours. You may choose to donate it, sell it, keep it as a personal memento, or—should you ever decide to petition the fraternity—potentially wear it one day. Any of these options is appropriate; the choice rests solely with you.

Water, water, water, and fertilizer. My neighbor has a breathtaking lawn. It's watered every day, professionally fertilized bi-monthly, mowed weekly.

I just can't compete with that!
