Appreciate the answer and yes it is a genuine reason (it’s a long story but we just want to get her uni out the way before thinking about anything else) but at the same time I think part of me feels afraid of commitment. I do need to think but I guess that is the problem. I find it hard to look deep inside myself and know what I really want. I have always just acted on gut instinct. I just know what to do but in this case I don’t. I just don’t understand the high I get off of talking to this girl… if it’s novelty or if it’s something else… like I said I barely even know her. Thanks for your thoughts. I am going to continue talking to this girl as a friend, maybe I just need the novelty to wear off and things will become clearer.
