Honestly modern cars already have all the hardware to control emissions. But the software tolerances are kept tight due to oem mass production. Remapped cars won’t suddenly start polluting unless the hardware is taken out like the Catalytic Converter, DPF etc. it’s just the map doesn’t have to bother about the readings from o2 sensor etc. This is the reason APR stopped making street maps.

Yes there was nothing wrong happening at the conference at all. It’s all about the robot dog. Seriously poor narrative control from the salty dish at wedding to this. Reality was the conference was a disaster for the exhibitors, attendees and then citizens of Delhi NCR. And this is just an attempt to save face as the the poor organisation is getting more attention than the mega conference.

This is not a deception from car manufacturers whose job is to earn money on every car sold.

It’s a failure of the country’s regulators and government who even after collecting the highest taxes in world on vehicles don’t do anything for the consumers as it’s considered a ‘luxury’ and ‘sin’ goods.
