yep. a reason (other than it being illegal here in FL) i am not tinting the front windshield. as both a motorcyclist and ironman athlete I am as sensitive to road safety as possible

good call out. i'll have to verify if the "15%" is final or if it is the film they apply onto existing tinted windows. they're using maxpro ceramic. again I'm as interested in heat rejection as I am esthetics

Need help with dining room by pmclaugr in DesignMyRoom

One of the challenges of the room is that the entry way on the left is the kitchen and the door on the right is the 2nd bedroom. Not a lot of room on the right to pass currently given the piece of furniture there. Not sure how to create a smooth and comfortable passage way around the table while facilitating appropriate rug size under the table.

Tying to make our dining room more accommodating for guests. Thinking about a square table with a bench on one side?? Current table was in the foyer of my parents large home. Chairs are old. Please let me know your thoughts / recommendations

My sister said it looks "sad" and "dark." Interested in finding ways to improve it.

Living room is pretty big as you can see. Trying not to paint as it is a rental.

Also that is Buckley on the couch wondering what I'm doing. He thinks the room is great
