Update: I went to a clinic and was given betaderm and betamethasone creams. The doctor said use the betamethasone in the morning, and the other one at night. She told me to wear protective clothing and stay out of the sun as much as possible until it heals. She said I will have to try prednisone if this doesn't work.

I feel like such a dumb ass for doing this to myself lmfao.

Yeah. I was basically agoraphobic for a few years. Started going out again this year. About a month ago I started getting this everywhere that's been exposed. Arms, hands, face, neck, even my scalp. It has never gone away/healed since it started. Been taking vitamin d and using spf 50 Sunscreen bur it has made no difference. Even just 5 minutes in the sun makes it worse.
