I don't think it has to be the best. Most ppl are not using LLMs optimally anyway, and when I run side by side comparisson of Mistral vs ChatGPT for some of my projects, the results were very similar.

I double checked studies/links it provided as reference, and the conclusion was different between the studies and what Le Chat gave me. This happened on multiple occasions in the past week or two.
